Okay----Here is what is perfectly legal---those "raised bed gardens". So, wjat I might do is put a couple dozen of those things out front, and plant iris bulbs. They are super EZ to grow & hardy. Hah. Don't like "junkk cars"? Let 'em look at that crap, instead. Oh, and another thing is kids' playground equipment. 100% legal. Free fior the hauling. Get about 10 old swing sets, and put 'em out front. Lawn Furniture, too. Barbeque grills. That's what I need, too. 5 or 6 of them. Okay----More Accidents. This one killed five young people, out on the Super Slab in Wyo. They got hit head-on by a Drunken Driver.
