    Tried making brownies healthier

I used avocado oil instead of butter in recipe. It turned out very well.

I've seen recipes that have used olive oil, but honestly I use a fair amount of olive oil, but brownies, olive oil just seems to pricey for that to be a good use.

I know there are recipes available for black bean brownies. Never had them or made them, but sound interesting.

Olive oil has a taste, avocado oil not. Avocado oil may be pricey but how often I make them it is worth the cost. And, I wanted to use a healthy fat and less sugar and have them taste good. This was a win.

I've made them, and they're excellent, except they didn't really have the chewy texture of brownies--at least mine didn't. They tasted more like a dense chocolate cake. I used black soy beans, and cream cheese frosting.
