Lots of good ideas here, thank you. I do sleep better in a cool room - which I can accomplish easier now that I taken up sleep residence in the "computer room". DW likes a warm room. I can also lay off the Diet Coke much earlier in the day, switch off the computer and develop more of a healthy bed routine. All my notifications are turned off my phone. Sleep is something I have learned to never take for granted! I can take a wonderful nap - except that totally ruins my night sleep, so I try to avoid them. I can' take a short 1/2 hour nap. Napping to me - Sunday after church, back to bed 2-3 hours! Great sleep, but I feel like I have wasted my day!
