Thank you for the good wishes. It has been difficult but as I said, we are as prepared as we could have been.
In a few weeks we should know how effective the treatment has been. We are approaching 50 years of marriage so I've lived my whole adult life with him.
Will be thinking of the two of you and hoping for his recovery.

Now we wait for biopsy results after a long surgery and deal with drains and dressings. We have lots of support but it is very hard to remain positive. Thank you for your good wishes
