Okay---I have no idea. That's why I'm asking you kids. Hope that helps you some. Thankk Mee. This should go on for at least 400 replies. Yup.

First, decide if it’s really Your problem, or if it belongs to someone else.
Absolutely. What’s the saying? Not my circus?
I had a friend in college who is a good person. Very generous. Very loving. But holy crap. Her life was all drama. Which made it exhausting to be around her on a regular basis. Every day of her life was either the best day ever or the worst crisis ever. (I suspect she may have untreated bipolar but I’m not a shrink, so who knows.) Several years ago she friended me on Facebook and it turns out that she’s still exactly the same. I had to unfollow her posts. Once every few months I’ll look them up and read through the whipsaw of up and down and may even comment on a few but I just can’t have that energy in my life on a daily basis.
