This has been a non-frugal month so far - car maintenance and dental bills. Some necessary landscaping. Now another trip to TX with hotel prices that have really gone up since last year. We stopped doing Air BnB since the pricing got so outrageous. We had an in ground swimming pool once but definitely not a frugal thing with water prices, pump repairs, cleaning and associated costs.
I ended up restarting my Economist subscription. It $20 a month it’s not that bad.
Speaking of hotel prices, I was going to head up to WI next weekend to dive with a friend. Even with Wyndham points, rooms were over $130. I said f it. I’ll dive down here.
