We received news that our own JaneV2.0 has passed away. This happened a few weeks ago, exact date unknown.
I do not know who is attending to Jane and her affairs. She lived alone and her boyfriend who she always referred to as her “SO” died in recent years.
Here in this space we can share memories of her.

There is no obituary. I called Kenmore, WA police who confirmed they paid a visit to her address and would not give out any more information.
I started calling around to her neighbors since I have 0 information on her family, and a couple of them who had moved away from her block were VERY helpful. One guy contacted the man who bought his house next to her and that current neighbor of Jane’s relayed the sad news.
In this exercise I learned online directories are ridiculously out of date. Normally I use county assesor’s records for real estate ownership data but it seems King county won’t reveal that to online searchers.
