    I think most people just need to shift their caffeine preferences really, since yea I do think that's the main reason it is consumed. My preference, when I can't survive without caffeine (and a few days into daylight savings time is definitely one of those times - the brutalality of just changing times and expecting seemless adjustment is just unreal) is black tea (but those packaged creamer things can't be good ...).
