    I think with new top boards though, we can get a couple more years out of it.
    You want to be pretty careful to make sure the sistered boards are long enough to anchor to something solid on both ends or they really won't do you any good. The deck boards will span over weak points in the joists, but if you don't stabilize them your deck will feel more like a trampoline.
