    Flat tire question

I wasn't sure where to post this! I have a golf cart that has big wheels on it. One of the tires is almost flat. I went to test the pressure with my tire-pressure gadget for my car, and it doesn't reach down into the taller stem on the golf cart tire to activate the post.
Do they make special ones for those kinds of tires??
I filled the tire by feel........but I'd like to know what the pressure really is.
    Any suggestions? Thanks.

Look up the specs on the website of the manufacturer, and then put a call out to friends in the golfing community who may have a proper gauge?

A Schrader valve should be standard. Similar fittings are used on refrigeration equipment and pumps for recharging and purging water with air pressure.

Probably a grain of sand or small stone in the valve that is keeping it from sealing. Watch the pressure on the tire to see if it goes down again. If so, you'll probably need a high pressure (gas station or 120V compressor) air source to break it free or a new tube.
