Click on the 'Edit Post' icon in the lower right corner. From there, you have a 'Delete' option.

Usergroup rights are granted on a forum by forum basis. Registered users are allowed to delete their own posts within the various forums, although they are not allowed to delete their own threads. Is the post in question the first post in a thread you created?
