He does indeed. Also a little stubby manx tail. He's a highland lynx and really, he's like another species altogether. He'll plop down next to me and cuddle for hours. He chirps and whirs, sounds sort of like Gizmo. If anything is wrong in the house, say another cat is stuck in the bathroom or the hard boiled eggs on the stove are burning, he'll wander around wailing until it gets fixed.

The books say he could reach 35 pounds because he'll keep growing for 3 years (when this picture was taken he fit in my coffee mug). So far I'm not seeing that, he's normal cat sized but only about 18 months old, so who knows.

My favorite mental movie of Connor happened about a week after we got him. We had just gotten a shelter kittie, Bob (who is also awesome, sorry Bob). Connor was behind Bob and about to spring on him. Bob noticed the curtains fluttering and took a gigantic leap at them. The wind was blowing and Bob latched on, so suddenly it appeared that he was Flying! Connor stopped in mid pounce with those gigantic paws held up in utter surprise and his little mouth actually hanging open. God what I'd have done for a camera!

Here they are some more and I promise to stop acting like a proud grandma, but I love the little buggers.

Jane should stay out of this thread. Someone should put a warning on the title of this thread for her. Kitten/cats! I love them with big feet.

There is a brown tabby cat running around my neighborhood and I call him Mr. Toes. He's lot a lot of them. Don't worry about him, he has a home and he's got to be ten years old by now.

Kib! Connor is such a doll! I have a set of sister cats we named thelma and louise (yuck yuck!) Thelma has all 4 paws double pawed which is why I adopted them. We thought Thelma was all Thumbs! She is very sweet and gentle and Louise runs the show, keeps the dog in line, guards the house and will greet you happily at midnight! Louise is often called weezie and is better than an alarm cat!
BTW welcome back! I've been more skulking than posting but I need to get back in SL.

YAY!! You're back!!! I was thinking about you last week, as I poured protein powder in with my coffee. Glad to hear that things are going along and especially happy to see the photos.

And just plain GLAD that you are here. The Snoopy dance was right on.

Welcome Back! (I mainly lurked on the old boards so I remember you but you probably don't remember me. I probably had a different user name too).
Love the kittys! Would love to see a photo of your Mexico cottage. How far into Mexico is it? Driving distance where you can go quite often?
