I get my bank statements online. There are 5 pages for each statement, which could easily be fit into 1-2 pages for printing, but I don't know how to do that. When I try to decrease the size.....it only makes each page smaller to read....but still has 5 pages.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Depends on what type of file the bank statements are in. Some files can't really be altered in the way that you want because of the type of file or because of the way they were created.

Do you need to print the pages out? Could you not save the file as a pdf file and store it on your computer or a flash drive if you need a backup?

What do you need the physical statements for? Once I have reconciled mine (I still get the mailed ones), they go through the shredder. All you really need is the checks that have cleared (assuming you use checks still, like I do), and the total balance for the month (could write that down).
Booklet printing would get multiple pages on a sheet, but be small, as said.
Duplex printing is printing on two sides of the paper and your printer must support it. (or you have to manually, feed each sheet in while printing only the next page)
Have a second monitor? (if using a laptop, use and HDMI cable and plug into a tv)
