Why do you like it? What don't you like about it?

I opened a Roth for my DH and also did a 401K rollover for him with Vanguard. I had heard consistently good things about them, and they do indeed have low fees, especially if you invest enough to buy Admiral shares (over $10K, which the rollover qualified us for). I thought the website was pretty user-friendly, and when I needed customer service in relation to the rollover, I found them to be very helpful.

I've used Schwab for 13 years, am very happy. Used to live where there was an on-site office, which was great. Have not had that in many years, but have always had excellent customer service.

Was not so happy with Fidelity.
