Oh my God! I love these Catherine!!! A lady in my knitting group refers to my house as the Elf House. It has a fairy tale quality to it. It's painted salmon with white trim. I have citrus trees, herbs, and conifers instead of a lawn. I've got a carpet of straw mulch and meandering pinecones as borders in the flower beds.

Several of them, I have seen monolithic dome, equivalent of. Those tend to be my preference, after over the years, helping others with fire, roofing, or termite issues.

I love the seashell house although the others are really cute as well.

I like 8 and 10, until I saw 12 (mislabeled as a second #10). I really like all of them, especially the teeny Victorian. How I wish I could get rid of enough stuff to live in such a small place.

I got to thinking after looking them all over that part of what draws me to a particular house isn't necessarily the house itself, but the landscaping/where it's built. I can't handle closed-in spaces - gotta have some wide open spaces. Perhaps it's a Kansas thing.

Definitely a hobbit here, though that #7 treehouse is wonderful. They are all beautiful!
