Does my dog have floaters? Hallucinating?

My dog is about 11 years old. She kakes medication for hypothyroidism. She seems fine now. But.....lately, whether she's on the floor or on the couch, she is looking down at something intently, and follows something around with her eyes/head...........like she seems something moving. We don't have fleas, or any other bugs we can see. I have a ton of floaters in my eyes.........maybe she does too?
Any ideas what might be going on?

They could be floaters. I have seen them in the eyes of lots of older dogs at the shelter. If she is a big dog, that increases the likelihood. Could also be the beginning of cataracts.

Or, she sees into other dimensions. I like that one the best.
