I hope this works - I always have trouble uploading photos here for some reason. But, I have posted this one for two reasons: First, I have had a sofa that belonged to my mother who gave it to me since I loved it so much. I too have had it for about 15 years; it was made in 1991. DH and I both didn't want to part with it and lately we located someone who could recover it for us. She told me the frame was solid oak and "would last forever"! I had looked at new sofas and just didn't find anything I felt I particularly liked, nor did I see any that was the quality of the old one I had. So, recover we did and got it back this week. I was VERY happy with the results. She striped it down to the wood, reworked any weak places then recovered. Viola! New sofa! Secondly, I had posted a few months ago about want to add some color to my oh so neutral house. So - take a look!
