Anyone using smart phone to monitor your home while you are away? Ismart is one application of this option. I was talking to my bell rep and she suggests using my Ipod to do this using Wifi hotspots and keep my old phone for emergency calls as per usual.

I use IP CAM Controller on my smartphone:

They both do a great job for what I need. I especially like how I can watch all six cameras on one screen on my tablet.

I guess I was living under a rock as I was unaware this was available. Having a vacant house far away, I am going to research this and consider it. Thanks

You are in Missouri and can observe your home in Florida either by observing doors, windows and motion inside or respond to a call from a monitoring security company that called re a concern about an entry. I am just finding out about the possibilities that I had not heard of before.
