Hi,
How and where is it possible to buy marijuana oil for oral medical treatment of pains caused by osteoarthritis for a person that doesn't have prescription?
Thank you!

Why do you not just get a prescription? Easier, and most likely less expensive, since you must be seeing a physician for such debilitating pain.

Well it depends on where one lives? A state with complete legalization like CO or with medical legalization like CA, or somewhere where it's completely illegal (I think states like this remain). Because it should be easier to get MJ in a state with complete legalization, relatively easy to get it in many states with medical legalization (in California it was pretty easy to have a request for MJ rubber stamped even without any real medical symptoms "I need it for stress ... yes that's it ... for mental health ...". It was de facto legalization really and there are doctors just doing rubber stamping). I can't say I've heard of MJ OIL though.

Your local DEA office should have a list of approved vendors. Give 'em a call and explain your needs.

I would not do this as MJ is still classified as a class 1 drug by the feds. There is talk that will be changed. I live in CA and use it for depression. It works great, all of the anti-depression drugs I took did not help.

In Oregon there are various legal dispensaries of medical marijuana that can refer you to prescribing doctors. I imagine that's pretty universal.
