11 days since back surgery. I feel like a million bucks. I am in the healing process so I'm taking pain meds, but the pain is nothing like before surgery. The only physical therapy so far is walking. I must walk a mile a day up and down my driveway as well as doing a few stretching exercises.
And I want to thank everyone for all the prayers; they certainly did the trick My son and DIL who live in CA surprised me with a 5-day visit and that was a tonic in and of itself.
So, thanks again; I feel confident that every thing will turn out just fine!
