Those plastic bear shaped bottles that honey comes in are just the right size for storing and dispensing baking soda. Keep the yellow top on and you'll find it's easy to shake out just the amount you need. I use baking soda for cleaning and other stuff, and keep a honey bear with baking soda in the kitchen and the bathrooms. Stays dry and is very handy - and it doesn't cost a thing.

Great tip. I use one of those for a liquid mixture (water, whole wheat flour, seasonings) I use for making baked wheat "chips". I can use the same technique for making homemade cold cereal flakes. You squirt the mixture in a circle on a baking sheet the size you want the "chips", then fill in the center.

I keep the tops off dry Parmesan/Romano Cheese - the ones that screw-on with two sides that flip up (one open for measuring and one with holes for shaking). These lids will fit regular canning jars (not wide-mouth) and have a number of uses in my pantry. I keep one jar in the freezer with a 50/50 mixture of milled flax and chia seeds, one with baking soda (easy to measure from), unsweetened coconut, mini-chocolate chips, Moringa powder....
