How do you get a promotional discount at Amazon? Anyone use coupons there?

Never seen anything where they accept coupons.
Amazon runs promotions, they have a thing at the top that says Today's Deals. They are normally some sort of discount where it is time limited, or item specific and if you buy during the promotion, you get the discounted price. It has been a LONG time since I have seen deals, where you buy X and Y and Z and you get them for 85% off.
