I was sick and tired of being overcharged by at&t, so I decided to go with a different lower-cost, reputable company's plan. I went with the lowest cost plan they offered. However, I learned that (with my old at&t landline phone), if I have the answering machine turned on, I am charged for all those telemarketer calls that leave messages. So I read up on how to get around that, and it says that if I call that phone from another phone, I can listen to messages without being charged ($.25/min). The instructions are several pages long. :0!
So I thought maybe it would be easier to look at their Voicemail menu.
Hahaha...........No wonder we older farts have trouble with the new technologies.
I'm going to turn my answering machine off, and let all my docs/friends know to not call that line, but rather my cell phone.
I had a good laugh at the visual menu.
