i think i am beyond the anxiety and feeling like the world won't fall apart without me. i also paid my balance and am checking off the things i need. the things you don't think about, like needing a watch and an alarm clock because your phone is put away and turned off. we use our phones for everything. but i do own a watch and a small travel alarm clock. the big thing is that i have only so many pairs of soft waist pants and leggings. it is not worth it to wear jeans and feel more uncomfortable. i also don't want to buy more clothes, but i figure i am not on fashion alert and sitting that much i probably won't get my clothes very dirty.

so now that i am close to going and letting people at work know i will be out, and that means i really won't be checking any messages for emergencies like i do on some vacations, it is coming up in a round about way that i am not christian and this is very different than a spa weekend. at least i have had some conversations that have been interesting, very open minded and all. i am kinda watching it, odd things can happen because a lot of people have a natural assumption of christianity. in one area i lived and homeschooled i had someone feel so sad because i was going to hell and another person exclaim 'but you are a good person!'. i am in the city now, not a small town, but still interesting.

i will be back late on the 19th, see you guys after that

I'm excited for you. Have a wonderful time!

I'm getting mentally ready for my solo retreat that I take every year for my birthday. 49 days and counting! I can barely wait.

no, I escape to a cabin or old stone farmhouse on a big ranch about an hour away - just me alone for 3 days.

Thrift stores are your friend; here at least, they have lots of yoga pants and other relaxed looks.
