Tracking software

Can anyone recommend a good, free money tracking program? I used Money Matters Deluxe many years ago and it was awesome. I haven't tracked expenses for awhile but really need to get back to it.

Any recommendations would be appreciated!

I use Gnucash. It is a freely available, opensource acconting package.

GnuCash gets the job done; I've used it in the past.

Another idea, if you already have Microsoft Excel/OpenOffice/LibreOffice/variants (all of which are free themselves, except for Excel) is a free budgeting/tracking spreadsheet template. These can be as simple as a checkbook register with categories or sophisticated enough to help you track securities and such.
