ouch, i went to a super cool soccer training. i am finally able to get the soccer program i wanted in my after school line up. i am the site coordinator but i also wanted to take the training in case i sub or a coach quits. today my staff and i went, it was part in the classroom and a lot in the gym doing drills, leading other coaches, the best way to learn right? except i slipped on the old gym floor and landed on my bottom. i am sitting on frozen peas right now and taking it easy.

Any other suggestions for a bruised bum? i did push and poke around and the bruising feels like it is on the muscles, not the tailbone (i am scared of what happens with tailbones getting injured and long healing times).

Ouch! Lucky you didn't break anything. I would try a warm bath with 2 cups of Epsom Salts.
