Just wondering. I've had some and it's not bad. I drink low acid coffee and was thinking of ordering more of the Teeccino. Any thoughts on inulin, which there is a fair amount of in this coffee.

I have a lot of thoughts on inulin, since I now need to avoid the ingredient and chicory (which is one place they get inulin from) due to the high fructans and fructose malabsorption. I used to add it to many baked goods and homemade "KIND" bars for the fiber. You may find this link helpful about inulin - http://sweetpoison.wikidot.com/inulin.

Have you ever heard of making whole bean coffee to avoid the acid? Here's how....

Place 2 T. of whole roasted coffee beans per 6-ounces of boiling water in a thermos (you can make several cups at once). [I suggest "preheating" the thermos with hot water before starting the process, then pouring it out and refilling with new boiling water.] Close the thermos and lay it on it's side for 1-hour. The coffee is much lighter in color, but NO bitterness. This is also considered a way to make coffee in an emergency if you only have whole beans and don't have a hand-powered coffee grinder.

I'm not a coffee drinker but the health food store where I work sells it, in a few different flavors I think. I don't see many people buying it but we wouldn't be carrying it if it didn't sell.
