i am working on my goals for the next work year. i actually really like the book we are working from once i got over the change from what we used before. it is titled FYI simply.

i am looking at a goal to be more comfortable around higher management and found the perfect note. in the context of saying that managers made their fair share of mistakes this was included "in fact, the research says highly successful higher level managers made more mistakes on the way up than the people who didn't get there." okay feeling a little better about my mistake! (and yes i do want to keep moving up, crazy huh)

yes that is true, i saw one of the office/registration staff today. She is making me copies of all my forms, yeah. i asked about the health assessments and immunizations. She was not told to do those (required by our licensing agency) so i told her this week i am coming in to make copies so i do not get dinged again. sigh,
