My break has been wonderful. If anything I have learned is to get up everyday and live!!!

I did have a bit of a health scare and that has made my life even clearer now. No more wasting anytime. I am still on my social media diet. I have been sneaking peeks on this forum and one other blog I follow, but that is it.

I have continued to clean out more items in my life. I have overhauled my wardrobe (again) but feel this is the closest I have been to wearing what is truly me. We recently went on vacation and I packed my items, my hubby's and a few of my son's in one small rolling carry on (5 day trip). We did do one small load of laundry on the third day but it was well worth the simplicity. We also kept our schedule very loose, not setting ourselves up for total exhaustion.

I have narrowed down my cosmetics/health care items to under 15, which is HUGE for me!!!

My diet has been the best change- I FINALLY got myself off coffee and don't miss it. And what a huge change is my health!!!

We have a goal of finding a small cottage over the next 2 years. We have looked at a few other houses but nothing has the soul we are looking for. We also started looking for a condo near the Gulf. This is my favorite thing we have been doing!!!

And the nosy neighbors--blah...we have had minimal contact and we are doing our best with this. I refuse to let them steal my joy anymore!!!

Sounds good and the change with the neighbours is great news.

Glad to hear things are going well! I am finding the more I get rid of the better I feel.
But, have not been able to do the coffee yet everytime I cut back it creeps back up maybe quitting all at once is the answer.
How did you do it?

Honestly Danna, I had a major panic attack 3 weeks ago...the kind that put me in the ER for 5 hours. Yep..almost 41 and thought I was dying. I quit cold turkey and drink about a gallon of water a day now. I do have some green tea (no caffeine) because for me, it's a habit, it's about the warm cup, the starting my day off. I am down to only drinking tea 3-4x a week now. I can tell you I have a lot more natural energy and I feel better. It took about 2 weeks to get it all out of my system. I also ate a lot of fruit, to combat sweet cravings (I do love my creamer and sugar). Good luck..you can do it!!! Promise you will feel better.
