I thought these might be helpful to some of us!

Since I live with my sis and BIL for the moment (until May 2016, most likely) I use their junk drawer. "Oh, I need a chip clip!" or "Hmmm...where is that boxing tape?" or "Where is the little sewing kit?" and so on...

I was wondering what I will do with/for such miscellanea once I move out. One of the tips is to have a small, well-organized drawer for this and to simply put it on your calendar to cull it and weed through it monthly or so to prevent it from becoming a rat's nest.

Anyway, there are other interesting and possibly helpful tips in there! Give it a gander. :)

Thanks for the link.... fun to read. Our "junk drawer" is a small 2-level box (I think it was a free Tupperware container). The top level has several separated areas and it lifts out for the lower level. A small fishing tackle box would also work.

Good call on the fishing tackle box!
