Pet Zen

SO...after all that has gone on in my life and now that we are +1 with another dog, I can say have a simple home if greatly influencing the peace in the life right now. Easier to clean and I'm not worried about the dogs getting into things and destroying anything. Even being able to get dressed quickly in the morning helps me spend more time with my pets. I know...crazy right?!? I also organized my pantry with all their food and toys and treats and it's easier for my family to help me out with them. :)

Lol. We just got back from a 3 week trip which made me realize what an extreme drain our four cats can be at times. Sort of the opposite of Zen, always someone fighting or complaining or coming to me with a request. Or puking up a hairball or spraying cat litter all over the laundry room floor or simply adding an extra cat's worth of loose fur to the entire house. Then again ... one perched at my feet, one perched on my shoulder and two sleeping across the room ... Zen reigns supreme for the next five minutes. Purrr.....
