I like the ones that produce food. Growing my own fruits and vegetables has always appealed to me.

Don't really say a price. Two other styles that I have seen the same thing done are Earthships (more labor intensive) and my personal preference, Monolithic Domes. Would be interested in some of the insulation/heating/cooling differences, because I think mine has it beat, with a similar build time.
