I ran across politifact the other day and spent a little time going through the various candidates and their consistency in representing the facts. It was especially interesting to look at the fact checker for Cruz and Trump, although there were no shining stars among any of the candidates. I think Hillary came out the best at first glance. http://www.politifact.com/

Also a some what interesting article by NPR on why Trump has maintained popularity in spite of his political incorrectness.

I've always thought it would come down to Cruz and Rubio, but I am continually surprized.
