ETA: I read the responses and I really don't think I have anything to add. There are a lot of good answers--I think the point that the collective responses make is that it depends on the CSA and how well each individual CSA program fits your needs.

However, it makes me pine for my stillborn delivery service... several people mentioned delivery as a way to increase flexibility and access.

Some day... actually I met a guy at a Northeast Organic Farmer's Association event who has constructed pretty sophisticated software for being an online local food hub, but he's not there with the delivery, so I've given half a thought about teaming up with him somehow.

OTOH, I need to simplify my goals and right now goal #1 is to earn as much as I can at market research so I can get rid of my durned debt.
