For the past two years, I have been telling DH that we need to clean up everything and get the house ready to sell. Very little action on his part except to appease my gritching. Today, he became entirely self-motivated and has spent the day going through his man cave - tossing and cleaning. He helped me move picture around as our decor is looking tired. I think he is finally on board - yeah!

Terrific. Seems like this happens to a lot of people once they overcome the initial inertia to get started, but they see the results of their efforts and then it can snowball.
