Sometimes I wonder if it's intentional just to boost Trump's numbers - the moment he's publicly accepted and liked by Republican elite is when a lot of his followers become very disillusioned. This is like fighting a fire with gasoline.

What a tragic year for the GOP. In an election cycle where you think they'd have every advantage from Obama fatigue to a relatively unenthusiastic opposition party offering a choice between a cranky socialist and a dreary, corrupt hack with staffers seeking immunity from prosecution, we get this offensive buffoon.

Creaker is right. Calling him out as dangerously stupid only seems to energize his supporters.

Mitt can certainly weave a fine tapestry of anti-Trump comments. I'm coming from the left side of things and to me he is a little scary, but it's also a little concerning that he has so many fans. We do have some semblance of a democratic process and whatever lead Trump has is being fueled by his supporters. I suspect the mainstream GOP has a few more arrows in their quiver.

I hear that Vermin Supreme just dropped out of the Democratic race and will be contending for the Libertarian nomination.

Vermin could be placed on the debate stage with last nights GOP debate participants and would have fit in nicely. I hear Trumps boot size is very small. I'll see your pony and raise you two toothbrushes.

oh that is wicked! and funny.:)

But I still like Mitt, regardless of it all. And I would like to see 100% of citizens pay taxes so that everyone has skin in the " lets give free stuff to citizens" game.
