A friend of mine here in the greater Columbus, OH area is strongly considering selling his tiny house.

It has:
-A loft for a bed
-Bathroom with shower and small tub
-Composting toilet
-Kitchen with two burners stove, sink, pantry, etc.
-Connections for water
-Water tank for back-up and going off grid
-160 sq. feet
-It is on a trailer

I have toured his home and it is amazing!

He is selling it to buy a van and build it into a nano-home for traveling the country. So he is going tinier!

Anyway, this sale is in the primordial stage but if anyone is interested I can put you in contact.

No, he is going tinier. He wants to build a nano-home in a van and travel.
