Glad to be here! My name is Nick, a founder of http://www.arcadianproject.tk/. Which is a new community idea in northern Vermont. This forum seems to have a lot of intelligent people on it and im excited to pick some stuff up that i may be lacking.

Have you lived in another ntentinal,community before starting up this one?

We live in more of a modern type of commune like living. Currently 6 people in a small two bedroom home. We have re-designed the house to accommodate all of us comfortably. We have a garden, we hunt and fish. But as far as living everyday in nature, no we are not currently at that point.

Hi Nick!
I'm interested in your housing situation. Does one person own the house and the others rent, or did you all chip in to buy it together? It seems pretty hard to get a consensus on stuff like this.
Did you know each other well before living together?

My last experience with roommates was in college (I live with my husband and daughter.) Roommates...can be tricky.
