Dang it, maybe it is just this time of year and watching teachers pack up and able to do something different for a few months, thinking about how classrooms are little mini-societies built with a teacher personality. One of my favorites is going to Cambodia, a couple are coming back, one was let go for test scores. Maybe it is because I finally let my teaching license expire, but I have been having dreams about having a classroom and working with other teachers, or working with kids on lessons. Really sucks when you let something go and it comes back and shows you that you are not as over it as you thought.
I am getting ready for summer camp, feel totally behind and don't really want to supervise adults although I think the majority of my staff will be awesome. I am looking for vacation ideas for the first week camp is over, even if it is virtually no cost camping.
