Flossing has become increasingly difficult . Any suggestions of a good water pic? Easy to use and clean. Reliable? I love my sonic tooth brush and wish I had started using it earlier. Thanks.

I love love love my sonicare toothbrush. Just yesterday my dentist told me, once again, that my homecare is fantastic. I have a waterpik water flosser ultra that I used to use when I had a pocket between the roots of one of my back molars. It did a decent job of keeping the pocket clean for almost 10 years before the tooth finally had to come out. I assume it would work well for flossing generally. It has an adjustable spray level. And it was very easy to keep clean. Our water isn't very hard so I didn't have much of a problem with deposits in it, but I would just run vinegar through it once a month or so and that seemed to be all it needed.

If the issue is that the top surface of your teeth touch, making it difficult to get floss between them you might also look into these things I remember using when I had braces as a kid. I have no idea what they were called, but they were like flexible plastic needles about 3 inches long. You put the floss in the "eye" and then poked it between your teeth at the gum line, then floss between that tooth and repeat for the others. I tend to almost scrub the surfaces of my teeth with the floss so I would be a little concerned that a waterpik, unless on a high pressure setting, might not do as good of a job.

Since
I retired Ive been using a "Waterpik" brand and it is good. The hygenist had a positive comment last time I went for a cleaning.

i dont know that it is any better than any other brand.
