Too much white for me-especially with 4 kids. However, recently I bought white sheets for all the beds and a white comforter for ours and I really like that.

I would have some charcoal grey (couch) and turquoise. Those are my favorite and they are kid/pet friendly.

Those colors are beautiful! Yes pets do get things dirty too. I have 4 dogs although my kids are all adults.

Wow simple and organic I like it its pretty wabi sabi too with the textures and natural elements.

I like texture in anything. I look for it vice a pattern.
