What brave people put themselves out there to make the world a better place! I feel horrible about the death of Jo Cox, killed simply because of an ideology.

My prayers to her family and to the citizens of Great Britain.

Another sad incident. The world feels like such a crazy, scary place nowadays.

Agreed. I don't know what's worse: being killed simply because you're in a certain place at a certain time, or being targeted for what you believe.

It is being reported that the killer has long-standing mental health problems, and police have found neo-nazi writings and other paraphernalia in his home.

Jo Cox worked for Oxfam being her election as an MP. She always came across on TV as a moderate, caring woman, who was a rising star in the Labour party.

It seems that so many of these killers have a long history of being troubled. I wish we could intercept them sooner.......but that would be violating their rights. :0!

In the meantime the nutter has refused to give his name in court and has been remanded for psychiatric reports.
