Hi our company's in the transportation and shipping business and we're trying to save on utility expenses as well but, we're more focused on lowering our telecom expenditures. We are spending an approximately 2000 dollars consisting of cellphones, landline and internet expenses. Do you know any basic ways to lower it down?

1. Have you done an audit of the bills to determine if the charges are in fact accurate and appropriate to the devices you have?

2. Have you determined that the number of devices and usage is appropriate?

3. Once you have the above determined, you can ask for other companies to bid on the "contract" for the services you need. But it is hard to do that until you have determined whether the current charges are accurate and the services are needed.

We are working it out to determine our exact expenses. Actually, I already asked a company to help us with our concern and luckily they provided me a provider (https://www.cassinfo.com/en/Telecom-Expense-Management/TEM-XPages/Procure-To-Pay-telecom.aspx) that might help. Hoping everything will turn out fine.
