Headed down to get some dental work done, anyone have a dentist they can recommend?
When I lived in Mexico for 5 years (2005-2010), I never got to the Yucatan but I remember that there was a Merida forum for expats that you might find on google. An all-Mexico forum for expats that was really good back then, and probably still is, is http://www.mexconnect.com/forums/ and it has regional sections.

Thank you! I found another better site; already set up with plane ticket, hotel, bust schedules, and dentist. Will be less than half the cost of my dentist where I live, including the hotel, airfare and food. This is an exploratory trip, to be ready to take trip in future in case needed for other health issues.

Yucatanliving.com is the website I started at, to get info. before the trip, which was a success! Highly recommend, see my short report at the Healthcare thread!
