Nice arrangement, very spare.

This is weird because when I logged in to see the photo, it would not let me reply, so went back out and back in and now your photo sits over the "quote" but I guess there is nothing wrong with that...

I like it. It is upside down in my browser window and I had to move it to paint so I could rotate it - but I like the colors, and the container is intriguing. I like the red/green contrast. Was the backing required, or did you do that for the resulting impact? It's quite sparse, which is why it's striking, and I think a lot of that would have gotten lost without the green backing....

Way cool!!

Thanks for sharing.

This is a small floral, design under 8". The theme was St. Patrick's Day. You cant see in this photo, but I used dried hydrangea florets, cut them to resemble 4 leaf clover, and spray painted them green. The design has some balance and rhythm problems but I was hapoy to recive a 2nd place in the same class as the blue ribbon winner that went on to win best in sectiall n. Mostbimportantly, this desig received 90 points which counts toward judging credentials.

EM, Generally in flower shows, backgrounds are used for designs unless they are on pedestals.

All of that said, I am unable to post photos right side ip. i looked into this tech problem and decided that I didnt want to do everything that seems to be necessary to fix the problem. I also installed an updated versin of the Operating system today and hoped this problem would go away. It did not.
