Quite a diverse number of topics. I might look at the Facebook course since so many organizations are now sharing their info on FB.

I've had a short course on Twitter, but I'm really rusty. We use it alot here where I work and I need to be more of a tweeter. But really, being an introvert, I think my pushback has always come from a place of wondering who the he## cares about what I think?

I dont think I could sit through the Facebook presentation without wanting to bomb Zuckerberg. Its not intuitive for me, but worse is that they deliberately withhold logic in their programming. Example: "Friends" cannot be displayed alphabetically.

so, when I am hunting for a "friend" on someone's FB page I have to look through the entire list. That is deliberate, to keep me there so they can sell their advertisers more space based on my time there.

If you know the name of the "friend" you're looking for on someone's FB page, you can search for that "friend" in the friend list, if the other person allows others to see it.

You are right! I ddnt hink it used to be that way, but yes, I can now search peoples' "Friends" if they display them, and most do. Hit the "all" button to see all, and it searches strings, so first or last name works.

thanks for this link, FB Groups and trying to maintain privacy has done me in. Privacy on FB is not intuitive IMHO
