Or rather, that he opposes any invitation that might be given for Mr Trump to address Parliament.
Most unusual for a Speaker to be so forthright!

Don't blame him. Wish we could stop Trump from speaking... at least for a few days. The continued drama and, supposed, crises is wearing thin.

Doesn't that go along with gaslighting and narcissism? Just endless, relentless, wear you down kind of stuff?

He warned us he was a high-energy kinda guy...

People say that, but then they complained when he took a weekend off.

Well, part of that complaining was that Trump had said he would not vacation as president. And apparently he played some golf. In the past, he had criticized Obama for playing golf while he was president.
It may take our allies some time to adjust from our previous lead-from-behind decline management policy to our new random-insult treaties-are-just-an-opening-position policy.

A revelation is not what I would call him!

I should point out that Bercow is a twerp! He was a Tory disliked by his own party. He was supported in his bid for Speaker by Labour simply to irritate the Tories.
He alone cannot ban anyone from Adressing the Houses. Photographs of him enthusiastically welcoming people like the leader of China and some Middle Eastern heads of State are being gleefully printed, all of them true bastions of equal rights, of course!

Is he the guy who wants to abolish wigs?

Yep! Anything he can do to irritate the most number of people!
Oh, and he and his wife just LOVE spending public funds on his official home. Do a search for Bercow and wallpaper. His wife is keeping a low profile at present, but has an interesting 'history'!
