this News poll that was on fox is fascinating. It was taken several days in February 2017 and it shows the huge divide between Trump voters and non-Trump voters

the link to the actual poll results is in the article.

I see arguing, people not talking to each other and the fact of the matter is, it seems like those who voted for Trump really have little issue with his behavior, appointments and so on.

The divisiveness is extreme. You can see so much of it here, with disdain for either the Republicans or Democrats with each side equally totally not understanding why the other side is so blind to the truth.

So - since this message was delivered by the media, of course Trump supporters don't believe it, correct?

Maybe DJT's behavioral modification tactics are working.

most meaningless poll ever, on what issues are they even talking about trusting donald trump versus the media? And if you don't even make it a meaningful question by reducing the scope of the question like that then a poll like that seems pretty useless. And media is not defined, a lot of which goes viral etc. is not really a major newspaper, but some junky article on Huntington Post or something.

P.S. is this media that is here being contrasted with Donald Trump the EXACT same media that is largely responsible for Trump being president? That is the t.v. stations that have been shown to have given Trump a vastly disproportionate amount of the election coverage? So let me see those who don't support Trump are now supposed to be fans of what exactly, CNN for broadcasting non-stop Trump all during the entire election season (and blacking out Bernie Sanders to the same degree)?

Maybe DJT's behavioral modification tactics are working.

It's gaslighting 101 - Trump is the abusive boyfriend saying you shouldn't believe what your lying, loser friends and family who don't care about you say about him, you should believe him, instead.

I believe that poll. My husband's family couldn't be happier with him. What I see as aberrant behavior, they see as shaking things up and keeping his promises.

When a third of Americans (according to polls) think Obamacare and the Affordable Care Act are different things, there are probably those vulnerable to Trump's repeated news attacks outside of his core supporters. His popularity is still suffering. http://www.people-press.org/2017/02/16/in-first-month-views-of-trump-are-already-strongly-felt-deeply-polarized/

I agree with APN, having worked on the Bernie campaign and seen first hand the way the media ignored him, blacked him out, and failed to provide coverage, while slanting coverage to Clinton.
So I too think this is a meaningless dichotomy and a meaningless poll, more propaganda on the part of the media.
