The famous hoarder's house is for sale for 20 million - more because of its location than the house itself. I saw a picture of the house and it would be like 50 thousand here (maybe less).

Of course! There are the Grey Garden ladies and that guy in New York who suffocated when a pile of newspapers fell on him, leading to the hoarding law being named after him in New York state.
But I think those are the only ones.
