It stinks, literally. Not as bad as other places but i still decided against running. Asthma is okay so far, but feeling i will be watching myself and kids outside tomorrow. I may keep soccer indoors

Today as the first day in awhile I could not walk my big dog due to the bad air with my asthma. It does suck.

I had to cut my outdoor exercise short yesterday. The evening news said there's something like 500,000 acres of fires burning in Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming.

Also California, supposedly biggest fire ever recorded in the L.A. area since they have been keeping records (1962 or so), also there was a fire half as big in Riverside County as well. No, not much exercise happening here, too hard to breath.
